This electrocardiogram demonstrates left ventricular hypertrophy.
It is based upon the abnormally high QRS voltages in the left precordial leads. The T waves in these leads are small in proportion to the QRS, but there are no direct signs of left ventricular strain.
All electrical intervals are normal.
