This electrocardiogram is normal for a five-year-old child. 
	 
		
	The characteristic features demonstrated here include the  QRS axis is normal at plus seventy degrees. Note that the 
 T waves  in V3R and V1 are negative, as they should be in this age group. T wave negativity in this patient extends to 
	
 lead V2. 	Note also the 
 normal Q waves  in leads III, aVF, V4, V6 and V7.
