This electrocardiogram in a one-year-old patient demonstrates right ventricular hypertrophy and some left ventricular hypertrophy.

The characteristic features of right ventricular hypertrophy include
tall, almost 100% R waves with
biphasic T waves in precordial leads V3R and V1.
The presence of
tall R waves in V6 and a significant
Q wave with dominant R in V7, in the presence of RVH, indicate some left ventricular hypertrophy as well.

The P waves are normal, consistent with absence of left atrial enlargement.
