Our patient's arterial pulses are normal in all four extremities.
It is important, particularly in patients with suspected congenital heart disease to evaluate both arms and at least one leg, as this may identify the presence of a significant vascular anomaly, such as aberrant origin of the subclavian artery or coarctation of the aorta.
