By observing the graphic image and simultaneously reviewing the video, we can further appreciate the timing and contour of the lower left sternal edge impulse. It is early systolic and hyperdynamic, a finding typical of an enlarged right ventricle due to an increased preload. A pulmonary artery impulse is also shown.
